From TIME DISPLAY mode, press B three times to enter TIME SETTING mode(seconds will flash).

SECONDS:
Press C to reset seconds to 00.
When seconds show 0-29,the minute will not advance.
When seconds show 30-59,the minute will advance.

HOUR:
Press D to select the hour, then press C to advance.
To select standard 12-hour display or 24-hour "military time" display, continue advancing the hour through the following cycle:
AM-PM- 24-hour "military time"
MINUTE,MONTH,DATE,DAY Press D to select ,then press C to advance.
Press B to return to TIME DISPLAY mode.
